How to Navigate Your Journey

The Best Way to begin is to follow each of the sections as they are laid out below. Some of the individual and group sections can be worked through at the same time. The order of the sections is laid out to offer you the most direct way to walk through the information.

There are links next to each section to a corresponding video that gives the information in lieu of reading through the workbook (in many cases the reading is the exact script from the video). The skills and exercises are only in the workbook sections though.

You are also welcome to download the entire workbook in a single document if you prefer. Please feel free to contact us if you need any additional help with finding your way to peace.
